Norman Radow founded The RADCO Companies in 1994 with his first project, the redevelopment of a distressed 53-story hotel, office and condominium tower in Atlanta. This project, which later became The Four Seasons, solidified both his and the company’s sterling reputation. In August 2011, The RADCO Companies altered his business strategy from accepting workout service opportunities to focusing on multifamily investments with mark-to-market and value-added potential.

Along with Peter Fitzgerald, Partner and COO of The RADCO Companies, the two knew what kind of management and level of service they wanted to provide their residents. Due to a lack of management companies in the industry that adhered to the principles on which Norman and Peter ran The RADCO Companies, they launched their own.  This in-house property management company would cater to residents and provide a high-quality living experience. From this idea, RADCO Residential was born in 2015.
