Operations Leadership Team


Mike Brewer, NALP®, CAM®, ARM®

Vice President, Operations

Mike Brewer comes to RADCO Residential from Mills Properties and brings over 21 years of experience in the multifamily space. At both Mills Properties and Equity Residential before that, he enjoyed a long tenure, filling multiple roles from Leasing Consultant to General Manager to Senior Regional Manager, and Vice President of Operations. Through his passion for people, technology, and real estate, Mike himself has won numerous industry awards and led teams that have won seven “Property Management Company of the Year” awards through various organizations. He’s an active contributor to industry-related publications such as Units Magazine, Multifamily Insiders, PropertyManagement.com, and more.

In addition to his day job, Mike is pursuing his CPM designation. He also finds time for hiking, running, scuba diving, kayaking, blogging and vlogging, and mentoring young business leaders.


Kimberly Peavy, CAM®

Director of Operations – Georgia, Tennessee

As Director of Operations, Kim draws on her vast experience in the multifamily field to oversee operations of RADCO’s apartment communities in Georgia and Tennessee.

Prior to joining RADCO Residential, Kim served as an Area Vice President for a major third party property management company. She has earned several industry awards for outstanding leadership, revenue growth, and property development. Kim is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and MLA. She is currently pursuing her CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.


Lee Schafer, CAPS®

Director of Operations – Florida, North Carolina, South Carolina

Lee has spent over 18 years in the management of conventional multifamily housing. She began her career in property management as a leasing consultant with Johnson Development Associates and quickly worked her way up to property manager. Lee was promoted to Director of Marketing and Training and successfully rebranded the entire multifamily portfolio and created their training program in 2007. She also worked diligently as a senior property manager and regional manager for Greystar.

Lee’s experience in different roles as well as rehab and renovation work has given her a wide range of talents and accomplishments. She has won several awards including Greystar’s Core Value Award for Professionalism. Lee obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and holds her South Carolina Property Manager License and CAPS Designation.


Ericka Weston, CAM®

Director of Operations – Colorado, Illinois, Oklahoma, Texas

Ericka Weston is a Director of Operations, overseeing our Colorado, Illinois, Oklahoma, and Texas properties.  Her expertise is with B & C assets going through multi-million dollar renovations, so our communities are in good hands with her. She has been in property management for more than 18 years after starting as a part-time leasing consultant in Houston, TX. She quickly moved up to manage several properties and relocated to Colorado in 2006. Her experience in all levels of property management has fostered her passion for helping her associates reach their fullest potential.

Ericka is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and is working toward her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. In her spare time she volunteers with the Colorado Epilepsy Foundation (EFCO), where she assists with awareness programs and fundraising for children with epilepsy.
