Justin VanLandschoot, CPM®
President & CEO
As the President and CEO of RADCO Residential, Justin is responsible for leading a best-in-class management team. Justin attributes his success to hard work paired with enthusiasm for developing “superstar” team members. Justin has more than 23 years of real estate experience in operations, development, transactions and financing across national multifamily, hospitality, retail and office portfolios. Before starting his professional career with JPI, Riverstone and CBRE, Justin spent summers and weekends alongside his father within his family’s real estate development company.
Outside of work, Justin can usually be found in the great outdoors, as he’s a competitive whitewater canoer and enjoys biking, hiking and backpacking. He is also a dedicated advocate of libraries and literacy programs; over the past decade, he has raised more than $500,000 in conjunction with developing advocacy campaigns to support these causes.
In pursuit of ways to inspire and develop those around him, Justin became a certified instructor for Dale Carnegie, achieved a MEd, obtained his CPM, and is currently working on his Doctorate of Leadership Studies at Eastern University. Justin is a frequent keynote speaker and relishes the opportunity to inspire others to thrive.
Mike Brewer, NALP®, CAM®, ARM®
Senior Vice President
Mike Brewer comes to RADCO Residential from Mills Properties and brings over 21 years of experience in the multifamily space. At both Mills Properties and Equity Residential before that, he enjoyed a long tenure, filling multiple roles from Leasing Consultant to General Manager to Senior Regional Manager, and Vice President of Operations. Through his passion for people, technology, and real estate, Mike himself has won numerous industry awards and led teams that have won seven “Property Management Company of the Year” awards through various organizations. He’s an active contributor to industry-related publications such as Units Magazine, Multifamily Insiders, PropertyManagement.com, and more.
In his role as Senior Vice President at RADCO Residential, Mike Brewer oversees our Central division operations; CO, IN, IL, OK and TX.
In addition to his day job, Mike is pursuing his CPM designation. He also finds time for hiking, running, scuba diving, kayaking, blogging and vlogging, and mentoring young business leaders.

Kendra Roberts, CAM®
Regional Vice President – Georgia, Tennessee
Kendra Roberts is a Regional Vice President supporting Georgia and Tennessee based communities. She brings more than 19 years of industry experience to the RADCO Residential team, most recently as a successful regional manager with Cottonwood Residential, where she managed a conventional portfolio of over 2,500 units across the Southeast. She has extensive experience in interior renovations, large scale Capex projects and effectively building successful on-site teams. Kendra brings a wealth of knowledge to her role as RVP having also worked for Equity Residential and MAA, some of the largest, most well respected REITs in the industry. She appreciates the adaptive and growing culture of RADCO.

Kendra’s affinity for working with people and building lasting relationships is her favorite part of working in this industry. She holds her CAM designation and MLA certification. Kendra is an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association and IREM, where she is currently a CPM candidate.
As of mother to three children, you may catch Kendra at the ballfield watching one of her sons’ baseball games or out shopping and spending time with her daughter when she’s not at work. In her spare time, Kendra also enjoys traveling, attending concerts, and completing DIY projects around her home.
Ericka Weston, CAM®
Regional Vice President – Colorado, Oklahoma, Illinois
Ericka Weston is a Regional Vice President, overseeing our Colorado, Oklahoma, and Illinois properties. Her expertise is with B & C assets going through multi-million dollar renovations, so our communities are in good hands with her. She has been in property management for more than 18 years after starting as a part-time leasing consultant in Houston, TX. She quickly moved up to manage several properties and relocated to Colorado in 2006. Her experience in all levels of property management has fostered her passion for helping her associates reach their fullest potential.

Ericka is a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and is working toward her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation. In her spare time she volunteers with the Colorado Epilepsy Foundation (EFCO), where she assists with awareness programs and fundraising for children with epilepsy.
Senior Regional Manager – Georgia
Cornelious Callaway is one of our Regional Managers for the Atlanta area. He comes to RADCO Residential with more than 15 years of experience in the multifamily industry. Having started as a leasing specialist and working his way up to a corporate regional manager, Cornelious knows just what it takes to successfully manage a community. His favorite part of the job is helping residents and his fellow team members.

Cornelious was recruited to RADCO Residential after excelling as a manager at Ashford Druid Hills, and he now oversees a portfolio of our Atlanta properties. He brings unique insight and an energetic attitude to everything he does. In his free time, he enjoys working out, spending time with friends and family, and shopping!
Regional Manager – Oklahoma
Jessica is a Regional Manager for our Oklahoma communities. She brings 13 years of property management experience to the RADCO Residential team. She started her career as a leasing professional and worked her way up very quickly due to her strong work ethic and sharp mind. Jessica is very passionate and determined when it comes to her team and her goals.

Jessica has been an active member of the Oklahoma Apartment Association for the past 7 years, serving on several committees. She truly loves what she does and the industry as a whole, and enjoys networking with other professionals – she can’t enter a room in Oklahoma without recognizing at least a few people she knows! Her infectious spirit has earned her many awards including Property Manager of the Year, Property of the Year, as well as the Oklahoman Readers’ Choice Apartment Community of the Year!
Ashley Jones, CAM®
Regional Manager – Georgia
Ashley has 18 years of experience in the multifamily industry, including student housing, lease up of new construction, military housing and conventional assets. She began her career as a part-time leasing consultant at Georgia Southern University, where she graduated with a double major in business administration and marketing. She later continued her career with several other large companies such as Davis Development, JMG Realty, Lincoln Property Company and Cottonwood Residential. Ashley’s strengths include team building through training and development, marketing, rent growth and improving challenging assets. Ashley holds a CAM designation through NAA and has earned a BA and MBA in Business Administration. She is also an active member of the Atlanta Apartment Association.
Regional Manager – Florida
Starting his career as a leasing agent, Colby quickly grew into management roles before becoming a Regional Manager. His track record to exceed financial goals and his ability to motivate and recruit exceptional talent make him the perfect fit for this role.
RADCO Residential’s motto, Live Life Better, resonates with Colby in both his personal and professional life. He is thrilled to be working with a company that puts people first.

When off the clock, Colby enjoys all things beach related. Having grown up in Florida, some of his favorite activities include water sports, boating, or relaxing in a hammock by the beach!
Lee Schafer, CAPS®
Regional Manager – North Carolina, South Carolina
Lee has spent over 18 years in the management of conventional multifamily housing. She began her career in property management as a leasing consultant with Johnson Development Associates and quickly worked her way up to property manager. Lee was promoted to Director of Marketing and Training and successfully rebranded the entire multifamily portfolio and created their training program in 2007. She also worked diligently as a senior property manager and regional manager for Greystar.
Lee’s experience in different roles as well as rehab and renovation work has given her a wide range of talents and accomplishments. She has won several awards including Greystar’s Core Value Award for Professionalism. Lee obtained her bachelor’s degree from the University of South Carolina and holds her South Carolina Property Manager License and CAPS Designation.
Regional Manager – Georgia, Tennessee
Leslie joined RADCO Residential in 2016 with over 15 years in the multifamily industry with a track record of successfully managing Class C-A assets. She brings experience in acquisitions, due diligence, interior/exterior renovations, and large capital improvements. Leslie oversees a portion of the Atlanta portfolio as well as Tennessee, ensuring that these properties meet their financial goals and operational performance objectives.

Previously, she was a regional manager with Hammond Residential and Panther Properties. Her experience has been managing in the Atlanta market as well as a multistate portfolio.
