Strategic Services Team
Senior Vice President, Human Resources
Patrick is the Senior Vice President of Human Resources for RADCO Residential. As a member of the senior leadership team, Patrick oversees all areas of the Human Resources function for RADCO Residential, which includes talent management, recruitment, people development, employee relations, recognition, organizational design and change.
Patrick began his human resources career with Target Stores over 20 years ago and has served in a variety of senior human resources positions. Prior to joining RADCO Residential in January 2017, he served as the Vice President of Human Resources for Pinnacle based in Dallas, Texas, where he was responsible for developing and implementing Human Resources services for over 4,000 employees throughout the United States.
Patrick has been a featured contributor to UNITS magazine and as well as a panelist with the National Multihousing Council’s HR Forum and the MultiHousing World conference. He has also been a frequent guest instructor in the Property Management degree programs at the University of Georgia and Georgia Tech in association with the Georgia Apartment Industry Education Foundation (GAIEF). Patrick is an active member of the Society for Human Resources Management (SHRM).
Senior Vice President, Strategic Services
As Senior Vice President of Strategic Services, Kim draws on her vast operational experience in the multifamily field to ensure seamless connectivity and collaboration across several departments. Kim works directly with Operations, Maintenance, Human Resources, Marketing, Training, and Business Systems to develop and facilitate initiatives, policies, procedures and national services.
Prior to joining RADCO Residential, Kimberly served as an Area Vice President for a major third party property management company. She has earned several industry awards for outstanding leadership, revenue growth, and property development. Kimberly has her Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) and MLA. She is currently pursuing her CPM designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management.
Vice President, Information Systems
Todd Horton came to the RADCO Residential family having already worked with several of our team members. Now Vice President of Information Systems, Todd studied accounting and information systems at Stetson University and brings more than 20 years of experience in the industry to our team. He enjoys providing answers, streamlining tasks and improving efficiency and accuracy in his role.

He appreciates that RADCO’s focus on people reflects his own mentality about the industry. Todd has won several industry awards including 2004 Rookie of the Year and a Gold Post award. His ability to share systems and processes to efficiently meet our needs and goals makes him an invaluable asset to the RADCO Residential team.
Vice President, Learning and Development
As Vice President of Learning and Development for RADCO Residential, Mark is responsible for implementing creative training for all RADCO Residential employees. Mark’s passion for training came early in his career in property management. With 17 years of experience, Mark has been able to move around in many different roles. The most rewarding of these roles has always been educating the front lines.
